R&D Media provides customers with digital and other services provided online including games and text messages (‘Mobile Subscription’).

 

The ‘General Terms and Conditions’, together with the ‘Privacy Policy’, ‘Promotional Terms and Conditions’ and these ‘Users’ Terms and Conditions’ (which shall together be referred to as the ‘Terms and Conditions’) available on the Website govern use by customers of the Website and also apply to and form part of the provision of Mobile Subscriptions.

 

You can register to receive the Mobile Subscription via SMS (i.e. text message) by sending an SMS with the indicated keyword to the short code for registration (e.g. SMS <OK> to 19999927).

When you subscribe to a service, you have to pay a join fee of $5.00. After you subscribed to the service of your choice, you will pay $5.00 per received message, the costs for the sent messages are $0.25. The minimum service costs per week are $15.00. Please note that the sent message cost is not including the standard text tariff stated by your operator. For all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them.

The Mobile Subscription can be cancelled by the user. The user can cancel their Mobile Subscription by sending a cancellation message to the short code on which he or she is registered (e.g. SMS <STOP> to 19999927) and the user will receive an SMS confirming that the Mobile Subscription has been cancelled.  Another way to deregister is to contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail. Always state your mobile telephone number in this regard. The contact details can be found on the Website under ‘Contact’.  It can take up to 1 (one) business day to process the user’s cancellation request. No further subscription fees will be payable upon cancellation.
